The staff was super friendly and even recommended a cute italian restaurant just a few steps away, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the nearby osceola heritage park, which is less than 2 km away and perfect for walking and enjoying nature. however, I did notice that service assistance could be improved during busy times.

We had a great time staying here. the breakfast was tasty, and the kids loved the outdoor swimming pool! After a long day, lounging by the pool with sun loungers was just perfect. The only thing was that the gym was quite small, but it didn’t take away from our fun overall. 😊

The room was spacious and clean, and I didn’t have to worry about washing my feet before bed. I even found a comfy mattress that felt like I was floating on a cloud!

But darling, the elevator was a no-show—my calves are still mad at me for the stair climb! And let's just say, I was ready to check my shoes for bugs before stepping inside.

Not so nice experience

We came for a family trip, but it was a nightmare 😒. Our room had roaches everywhere—on the bed, the floor, you name it. We even found leftover food hidden in the corners. The breakfast lady was super sweet, but that doesn't make up for the room conditions. Definitely not worth it.

The location is beneficial for avoiding amusement park traffic while heading south, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast offered nice options, particularly the fluffy waffles and grab-and-go items. However, the hotel shows signs of age, with dated decor and musty odors in some areas. The cleanliness was inconsistent, and the room felt smaller than expected.

The king room featured excellent bedding that offered superior comfort for a restful night. Nearby access to the Florida Turnpike made our travels more convenient, minimizing time spent in traffic. Plus, the breakfast area was well-organized, providing a great variety with a favorite waffle station.

The check-in process, while 24 hours, could benefit from a more streamlined approach.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after our adventures in Kissimmee. The complimentary coffee machine and flat-screen TV were nice touches. Plus, the air conditioning worked wonders in keeping the room cool and refreshing. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. Breakfast options were decent, though more fruit would have been nice.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness here-it was fresh and modern! The big King Room I stayed in felt super cozy, like lounging on a cloud. Plus, the staff made it all the more good with their friendly vibes and thoughtful service!
